Export your recipe library
Premium members can export every recipe in their vault as a PDF ZIP or structured JSON for backup and portability.
Premium members can export their entire MyMealVault recipe library for backup, printing, sharing, or moving data to other tools. Exports run in the background, and we email you a secure download link when your file is ready.
Open Export recipes
Go to Settings → Account and tap Export recipes.Choose a format
PDF is selected by default and works best for reading, printing, or sharing. Tap Advanced to choose JSON for structured backup data.Start export
Tap Start export. We prepare your file asynchronously and email you when the download is ready. You can close the app while we work.
PDF vs JSON
PDF export packages one readable file per recipe into a ZIP download, including photos when available. JSON export is a single structured file with recipe metadata, ingredients, and instructions, without images. JSON is useful for developers, backups, or future import into other applications.
